Inn-to-Inn Spring Herb Tour June 4 & 5, 2011

Join us for the third annual Inn-to-Inn Spring Herb Tour and learn all about the culinary uses of fresh herbs from innkeepers who use them daily. Each of the dozen inns on the Tour features a different fresh herb (this year Riverbend focuses on coriander/cilantro) and offers samples of a recipe created using the herb (from tomato basil soup to chive biscuits, tarragon chicken salad to rosemary-lemon shortbreads). You?ll take home lots of herbal lore, a notebook of new recipes and plants or seeds to expand your own herb garden. Packages include lodging, full breakfasts featuring fresh herbs, and tickets to the two day Spring Herb Tour. Half of the inns will be open from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, June 4 and the other half open 11am ? 4pm on Sunday, June 5.

Barnstormers Theatre Package June thru August, 2011
