Come to the Mt. Washington Valley and discover Mud Season, a.k.a. spring, and we’ll treat you to the joys of mud and massage. You’ll get two nights in a deluxe king size room, plus breakfasts (featuring Mud Coffee Cake and Muddy Parfaits), two 60 minute massages and mud-covered strawberries (chocolate dipped, actually). $499 for two.

Midweek Golf Package
April- May - June
Enjoy the quiet luxury of Riverbend Inn plus golf at spectacular Indian Mound Golf Club. Our specially-priced package for two includes lodging (Sunday through Thursday) in a deluxe room with king bed and private bath, full breakfast plus 18 holes of golf and shared cart (Sunday after 2pm; anytime Monday through Thursday). One night $225, two nights $375. Weekends: two nights and golf for $435.

Barnstormers Theatre Package
July - August
Just three miles from Riverbend Inn is one of America's great theatrical resources, the Barnstormers Theatre. The oldest professional summer theatre in the country, the acclaimed Barnstormers has been delighting audiences for more than 75 years. Come experience this rare treasure just around the corner! Get Ready for the Holidays: A Celebration of Food and Wine
November 21-23, 2008
Our sixth annual weekend of fun is sure to get you ready for the holidays! Arrive Friday night for drinks around the fire. On Saturday morning after a leisurely breakfast, join chef/innkeepers from local inns who present cooking demonstrations at Riverbend Inn. The afternoon is free to take in an artisan fair or make use of discount coupons we’ll give you to local outlets. Then Saturday night is our fabulous wine dinner where we pour and tell you about a different wine for each course. For your optimum enjoyment, our package includes shuttle service to and from the wine dinner. When you depart on Sunday, we’ll send you home with a live wreath to make sure you’re ready for the holidays. Packages for two $360 - $560, depending on room.

Inn-to-Inn Cookie Tour
December 13-14, 2008
Experience this popular White Mountains tradition! Premier inns and B&Bs up and down the Mt. Washington Valley open their doors for two days each year for a chance to see holiday decorations and taste Christmas cookies. Tourgoers will be treated to a display of handmade gingerbread sculptures and recipe collections from each inn. Everyone who visits all 17 inns will receive a brass keepsake ornament and have a chance to win a $250 gift certificate for a getaway at the inn of their choice. Proceeds from the event benefit area nonprofit associations.
Packages for two $240 - $440 (depending on room), include two nights lodging, breakfasts, two Tour tickets, recipes and all the cookies you can eat.

Civil Union package
Beginning January 1, 2008, civil unions are performed in New Hampshire. Our special package for civil unions includes a ceremony performed by a Justice of the Peace on our grounds or inside the inn, French champagne, fresh flowers and chocolate-dipped strawberries in your room plus two nights in a deluxe king room (with private bath), our award-winning breakfast each morning plus dinner one night in one of our favorite nearby restaurants. $600

Honeymoon package
Celebrate and unwind with your love at New Hampshire’s “Best Romantic B&B” (New Hampshire magazine). Enjoy our 15 private acres along the river or just luxuriate in bed all day. You’ll be pampered in a deluxe room with king bed and private bath, plus you’ll each enjoy an hour massage with our acclaimed massage therapist. And choose either a bottle of iced French champagne in your room or fresh flowers and cookies. Two nights in slow season from $450, high season from $550.

Romance Package:
Make your getaway extra special and romantic. Our Romance Package includes an iced bottle of French champagne, a flower arrangement with hand-written note, and a plate of homemade cookies or chocolate covered strawberries. $75

Massage:
Relax and rejuvenate with a therapeutic massage. Our massage therapist uses a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial release, acupressure and hot stones to rid you of stress. Slip on your comfy terrycloth robe and saunter down to our Tranquility Basement for a restorative massage. One hour $75; 90 minutes $110. Please book in advance.

Chocorua by Canoe
Less than a mile from Riverbend Inn is one of New England's most picturesque sites, Lake Chocorua. No motorized boats are allowed on the lake or its adjoining cousin, Little Lake, so a kayak or canoe is the perfect way to experience the sounds and rhythms of nature. Picnic and swim at sandy beaches, explore flora and fauna (listen for the loons), or dangle your feet in the water and read a book in the sun. Another great option is to paddle down the Bearcamp River to Lake Ossipee. A four-hour journey takes you nearly eight miles along a very scenic waterway. Sit back, enjoy the peace and quiet and let the current carry you. Choose either option and treat yourself to a very special day! Our package includes canoe or kayak rental plus pickup and delivery, from $35. May to October.
